                           Hola peeps omg this is the third post I've done today. I almost finished watching Wuthering Heights (Heathcliff has just died).

I made this weird cat thing out of a doily, tissue paper, and a picture of a cat I cut out of my sister's calendar (don't worry it was from last year and she gave it me.. I'm not that mean lol!).

Oh my goodness..... omg it's George Harrison's birthday today!! So today, I'm dedicating a post to the 'oh so sweet' Georgie, who would have been 70 years old today.

Oh boy, this week has been sooo cold!! I've actually been wearing my sister's old mittens from when she was about six just because they're the proper ski ones that keep your handies super warm literally ALL week (omg....nobody cares.....!).
Well next week, I'm supposed to go Water-Sporting with school (yes, WATER-SPORTING!!!) Oh my goodness, I don't know how I'm going to cope, I mean, communal wetsuits.... kill me!!

Yippee, it's Friday..... and now officially 'Le Christmas Holidays'!! No more school for another 2  juicy weeks. Oh boy, I'm gunna have a lot of fun indeed, which is good you know, seeing as though that whole "ooooh the world's going to end" nonsense didn't even happen. I thought that it was pretty obvious that that statement was not true, cos' I'm cool like that!! Oh my, is it just me or do I sound "well gangsta" in this post??


                        

 

                           

Don't ya just know it!

I've rediscovered a great band recently (again), and it's... Amazulu (woop woop)!! I really loved them a couple of years ago but one of those things happened, you know, how you listen to something one week then completely forget about it the next, which is something I seem to do a lot. So, if your not familiar with 'Amazulu', they were a totes amazing band from the 1980's and I only found out about them after watching an episode of 'The Young Ones'.

So here's a good tune by them; the music video is a bit weird but it's still cool!!

I've been very tired this week, but I've got something to look forward to on Sunday (Clothes Show Live, WHOOO!!). I'll do a post about what I get up to there for you. I thought that today would be good to dedicate a post to the oh so lovely, George Harrison, who sadly passed away 11 years today. I'm an incredibly MASSIVE fan of George's, he was a great man and has changed the face of music (and hair) forever. He will never be forgotten...

 

 

Hair of the Moment: David Bowie's red mullet!

OMG, David Bowie has had many hairstyles through the years, and they were all awesome, but my favourite 'do' this week is probably that red mullet he had back in the early seventies!

Teddy boys and Skiffle music...

Oooh, this week has draaaggedd on. The highlight of it so far is that I found my Ipod shuffle, which is pretty groovy (there's ALOT of Hendrix and The Monkees on there, lol)! I also found out that I've got to write a story about "The Gift" for English, which I seriously can't be bothered with.
But, I do have something to look to! I'm going to the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham on the 9th December avec my BFF Madeleine from Miss Madeleine Style, which is going to be awesome, so I'll tell you about that when we go!!

So, onto today's main post, how many of you wish that guys still dressed like Teddy Boys?! Well, I sure do!

Today I thought I'd dedicate a post to the wonderful Petula Clark, who is 80 today (Happy B-day Ms Clark)!!

 

Also, one must sincerely apologise once more for the lack of blogging again (I've still got that writer's block thing going on, lol)!  I should really start doing more 'quality posts' instead of lots of short and rubbishy ones! But this week, I've kind of been overloaded with homework and I've not had much 'blogging time', but expect some good and interesting posts to come soon!
